A Legal Disclaimer

  • All Notary fees comply with Texas Government Code § 406.024 (maximum of 6$ per signature for the first signature and $1 for each additional signature on the same document.) Additional service fees (such as mobile travel, after-hours, printing, scanning, and courier services) are separate and not regulated by the state of Texas.

  •  A VALID, government-issued photo ID is required for ALL signers. Acceptable forms of ID include a current drivers license, state-issued ID, U.S. passport, or other government-issued identification with a photo and signature.

  • FIB Core Solution is not an Attorney licensed to practice law in Texas, and I may not give legal advice or accept fees for legal advice. Please consult an attorney for legal questions regarding/understanding your document.


Terms & Conditions - The Basics

By scheduling with or using FIB Core Solutions Notary services, you agree to the following:

  • Services include standard notarizations, mobile notary, loan/real estate signings, and consultations. We are NOT attorneys and cannot provide legal advice.
  • All notary fees comply with Texas law. Additional service fees (travel, after-hours, printing, scanning, or courier) are separate and payable at the time of service.
  • Travel/Convenience fees are non-refundable once a notary has been dispatched. Cancellations made less than 2 hours before the scheduled appointment will forfeit applicable fees.
  • A valid, government issued ID is required at the time of notarization. Clients must ensure documents are complete and accurate.
  • Client information is kept confidential and used only for providing notary services.
  • These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Texas.

By scheduling and booking with us, you agree to Texas-compliant notary fees, non refundable travel/convenience charges, provide valid ID, and acknowledge that FIB Core Solutions is not an attorney and keeps your information confidential.
